In coordination with IG Steel (Steel Subcontractor/Erector) a design for the stand-alone structural steel building was performed. Due to procurement challenges for a pre-engineered metal building, an alternate structural steel building was proposed with full structural engineering design and shop drawings produced to expedite the design and construction within the required construction schedule.
